SILENT CIVILIAN Drops Off NONPOINT Tour

September 18, 2006

SILENT CIVILIAN, the new band featuring former SPINESHANK vocalist Jonny Santos, has left the NONPOINT tour "due to undisclosed reasons," according to a a statement from the group. Rumors suggest that friction between SILENT CIVILIAN and the headliners contributed to their departure from the trek, although this has not yet been publicly confirmed by either camp.

SILENT CIVILIAN is continuing to promote its debut album, "Rebirth of the Temple", which was released in May through Mediaskare Records. The CD was recorded at Undercity Recordings with former MACHINE HEAD/SOULFLY guitarist Logan Mader producing and mixing.
