Singer LYN CHRISTOPHER Talks About Working With PAUL STANLEY, GENE SIMMONS
August 21, 2007In 1973, singer Lyn Christopher released her self-titled debut album which featured KISS' Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons doing backing vocals on a handful of tracks. Recorded back in 1972 at New York City's Electric Lady studios, the album was produced by Ron Johnsen who would later work again with Paul and Gene. Paul and Gene appear on the tunes "Weddin'", "Celebrate I" and "Celebrate II". An interview with Lyn Christopher, who still performs with a band, has been posted on The Journal News web site.
“It's an honor to still be recognized as a force in KISS' early career. Now I believe it is time for my own recognition," she states.
