SINGLE BULLET THEORY: In Writing Mode

April 26, 2005

Vocalist/guitarist Matt Difabio of the Philadelphia-based metallers SINGLE BULLET THEORY has issued the following update on the band's current activities:

"SINGLE BULLET THEORY is currently in 'write mode.' We have three [new] songs done at this point ('Dawn of Inequity', 'Letting Go' and 'The Me I Used to know') and are churning out some of the most massive riffs that I have ever written. This record will without a doubt be the heaviest record [we] have done. We have had to turn down a few tour offers to get this record ready for release (still looking for the right label) but I am sure you will see our name on the road within the next 4- 6 months. That being said, I also wanted to thank our new freinds in AMORPHIS, BEYOND THE EMBRACE and INTO ETERNITY for making our March tour one of the best times in my life... you guys are all amazing!!!

"The video we shot for 'Hollowed Out' is being submitted now to MTV2 for 'Headbanger's Ball'... We will see if it gets aired. I have my fingers crossed!

"In addition, we are launching a search for a second guitarist. We really need someone who has the ability to tour and can potentially relocate to the Philadelphia area. Those interested can email us at [email protected]. Keep checking the SingleBulletTheory.net website for updates, some new sound clips and photos should be up within the next month or so!"

As previously reported, SINGLE BULLET THEORY recently split from Crash Music Inc. after releasing two albums through the label: "Route 666" (2002) and "Behind Eyes of Hatred" (2004).
