SIRENIA Part Ways With Guitarist, Seek Replacement

August 19, 2004

SIRENIA, the Norwegian band featuring former TRISTANIA guitarist/vocalist Morten Veland, have parted ways with guitarist/"clean" vocalist Kristian Gundersen due to his commitments to his other groups, NEW BREED and ELUSIVE.

The gothic metal band, who released their sophomore album, "An Elixir for Existence", in February through Austria's Napalm Records, are currently seeking a replacement. Interested parties can contact the group via their official web site.

SIRENIA's next live appearance will take place this Friday (August 20) at the Summer Breeze festival in Abtsgmünd, Germany.
