SKITZO's Vomiting Antics Result In Concert Cancellation

March 3, 2007

Legendary Bay Area thrash/crossover band SKITZO was scheduled to perform at Roosters Roadhouse in Alameda, CA on March 31. However, after the owner of the club reportedly viewed a rerun of the "Judge Judy" show in which SKITZO frontman Lance Ozanix was sued for vomiting on an audience member, the promoter made the decision that SKITZO could no longer play the venue for liability issues, according to a press release from SKITZO's record label, Open Grave Records.

Upcoming SKITZO shows:

March 02 - The Gate - Bakersfield, CA
March 03 – Chris's Club - Vallejo, CA
March 10 - Davidsons Distillary - Reno, NV

As previously reported, SKITZO will release its 17th CD, "Five Point Containment", on May 15 via Open Grave Records. The album includes special guest appearances by Jeff Becerra (POSSESSED),Phil Demmel (VIO-LENCE, MACHINE HEAD),Sickie (THE MENTORS),and John Marshall (METAL CHURCH, BLIND ILLUSION).
