SKULLSHIFTER: Debut Album Track Listing Revealed

April 11, 2005

SKULLSHIFTER, the new band featuring former INSANIAC members CJ Scioscia (guitar) and Tom Nolz (guitar, vocals),are continuing work on their debut album, "Inner Demons", for a late 2005 release. Scioscia's latest update on the recording process reads as follows:

"Here's where we stand — all of Tom's lead vocals are done, and all of the rhythm guitars are finished as well. All that's left are the balance of my leads, some backing vocals, some other guitar overdubs and a few other odds 'n' ends. We still might have a backing vocal session where we round-up the troops for some shouting. Also, we have a special guest guitarist coming in to play the main lead on 'Etched In Sand'. We'll announce who this is in our next update.

"As for the songs on the album, there will be 10. They are as follows In no particular order):

01. Breaking Point
02. Day In The Sun
03. Enemy
04. Engines
05. Etched In Sand
06. Exploiter
07. Forward Rearview
08. Here In Hell
09. I, Punishment
10. Positively Negative

"Last Friday night (March 18) the four of us got together to hear our progress. Listening to everything in one sitting in a nearly completed state was very cool. We aren't getting giddy yet, though, 'cause there's still more work to be done. The plan now is to have all the tracking completed by our next update (3-4 weeks),and to have a mixing schedule in place."
