SLASH And Wife Solicit Holiday Donations For Needy Foster Families

December 20, 2007

This holiday season, VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash and his wife Perla Hudson are working in tandem with the Los Angeles County Department of Children's Services and reaching out to the public for help meeting the needs of foster families. Slash and Perla have "adopted" various families in Los Angeles County and are gathering basic items (clothing, food, school supplies, diapers, etc.) to donate to each family. In addition, Slash has auctioned off his own Hummer on eBay, with the proceeds donated to the families.

Below is a list of specific items needed by this Friday, December 21 so the items can be delivered before Christmas. (Donations will also be accepted after that time.). They should be dropped off at Premier Business Management Group, LLP, 15260 Ventura Blvd., Ste. 1700, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 in care of Lisa Ferguson. Please provide only new or nearly new items. Any of the requested items listed below that are not donated will be purchased for the families, so financial contributions toward this effort are also greatly appreciated.
