SLASH Interviewed On 'Metal XS' (Video)

French webmagazine Hard Force has posted the fifth episode of "Metal XS", featuring an interview with legendary guitarist Slash (GUNS N' ROSES, VELVET REVOLVER). Check it out below.

Slash released a special three-disc special enhanced edition of his acclaimed sophomore album, "Apocalyptic Love", exclusively at Best Buy on November 19, 2012. The collection contains the full 15-track version of the CD, including bonus songs "Crazy Life" and "Carolina", eight unreleased acoustic tracks from the group's Guitar Center Sessions as well as the "Live From NY" concert DVD from Slash's sold-out record-release show filmed live at Irving Plaza in New York City. The special enhanced edition also includes a collectible guitar pick tin.

"Apocalyptic Love", came out in May 2012 and was certified gold in Australia by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) for sales in excess of 35,000 copies.

"[The album has] been really well received and I was really pleased with the record in the first place; it's great," Slash said. "You never know what exactly is going to happen and I never have any what you'd call expectations, but once it's out there and people sort of dig it for the right reasons, it's always a good feeling."
