SLASH, OZZY OSBOURNE Talk To FOX NEWS About Touring Together (Video)
January 23, 2011Fox News recently conducted an interview with Ozzy Osbourne and Slash about their current joint U.S. tour. You can now watch the report below.
"[Ozzy's] one of the most charismatic frontmen I've ever seen," Slash said. "The way he commands an audience … I've never seen anybody do it the way he does.
"I started out listening to BLACK SABBATH when I was in my teens and then Ozzy came out with his solo thing. So he's been a mainstay in rock 'n' roll ever since."
In a recent interview, Slash stated about his tour with Ozzy, "The thing I am looking forward to most is just working with Ozzy. I have done a lot of gigs with him and we see each other a lot here and there, but to just do a tour with Ozzy, I am looking forward it. Being in a sort of day-after-day arena setting will be interesting. All things considered, I show up and we go for it; I have no definitive expectations on this. I just know it will be a blast. Our band did eight months of touring [last] year, all the way up until October, so we have the whole rig basically together. For the tour with Ozzy, we are changing some songs out and bringing some new songs in."
