SLASH, Wife To Attend LEEZA GIBBONS' 'Oscar Night At Mr. Chow'

February 21, 2009

It's Oscar weekend, and this year VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash and his wife Perla will attend Leeza Gibbons' "Oscar Night at Mr. Chow". The event is being held to honor those celebrities that strive to be "Ambassadors of Change" — who lead by example by supporting charities.

In association with the Make A Difference Foundation and LAYN (Los Angeles Youth Netowrk),this event will showcase celebrities and the charities that they support, as well as ways that people can get involved in non-profit organizations.

The first annual Leeza Gibbons' "Oscar Night at Mr. Chow" will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. PST on Sunday, Febuary 22 and will be available as a live webcast at this location.

A video message from Slash and Perla regarding their participation in Leeza Gibbons' "Oscar Night at Mr. Chow" event can be viewed below.
