SLAYER: 'Soundtrack' Box Set To Surface In Late November
October 7, 2003SLAYER's long-awaited four-disc box set "The Soundtrack To The Apocalypse" will now surface on November 25, according to a source close to the band. The set will include album tracks, live material and soundtrack contributions.
As previously reported, SLAYER have written seven songs for a new album they hope to have out early next year. The follow-up to 2001's "God Hates Us All" will mark the group's first studio release since 1990's "Seasons In The Abyss" to feature original drummer Dave Lombardo, who rejoined the group two years ago. In the meantime, the band headline the Jagermeister Fall Music Tour with HATEBREED and ARCH ENEMY beginning on October 8 in Minneapolis.
