SLAYER, TRIVIUM, MASTODON, AMON AMARTH: Milan Photos, Video Footage Available

November 15, 2008

Video footage of the November 14, 2008 "Unholy Alliance: Chapter III" concert at the PalaSharp in Milano, Italy — featuring SLAYER, TRIVIUM, MASTODON and AMON AMARTH — can be viewed below. Photos from the festival, including those of local competition winners DEATH ARMY, can be viewed on Italian news blog Musica Metal.

According to Musica Metal, SLAYER played the classic 1986 album "Reign In Blood" in its entirety, along with the new song "Psychopathy Red" which will appear on the group's forthcoming album, due out mid-2009.

MASTODON performed as a trio after the hospitalization of guitarist Bill Kelliher on November 3, but the group's sound was described by Musica Metal "hard as a brick stone," and the Italian audience was really appreciative of the band's efforts to continue the tour despite missing one guitarist.

SLAYER's setlist was as follows:

01. Flesh Storm
02. War Ensemble
03. Chemical Warfare
04. Ghost of War
05. Jihad
06. Psychopathy Red
07. Seasons in the Abyss
