SLIPKNOT, HATEBREED Confirmed For Australia's BIG DAY OUT Festival

SLIPKNOT and HATEBREED have been confirmed for the 2005 edition of the Big Day Out festival. The trek, which is scheduled to kick off January 21 in Auckland, New Zealand, is also set to include appearances by SYSTEM OF A DOWN, BEASTIE BOYS, THE DONNAS and POWDERFINGER, among other acts.

According to Stuff.co.nz, SLIPKNOT are likely to be a huge drawcard for the festival, with their manic brand of metal and violent live shows.
