SLIPKNOT's SHAWN CRAHAN: 'Things Are Less Physically Violent And More Spiritually Violent Now'
August 19, 2008A Texas radio station conducted an interview with SLIPKNOT percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan when the band's Rockstar Mayhem Energy Festival tour recently passed through the state. The five-minute clip, which includes interview footage with some of the group's fans, can be viewed below.
SLIPKNOT's new album, "All Hope Is Gone", is scheduled for release on August 26. In addition to the standard edition of "All Hope Is Gone", a special edition of the LP will be released featuring three bonus tracks, expanded artwork and a bonus DVD containing "Nine: The Making Of All Hope Is Gone" — a 35-minute documentary directed by SLIPKNOT percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan.
