SLUDGE: New Album Delayed
October 28, 2004Mighty Music has pushed back the projected release date of SLUDGE's third full-length album, "Yellow Acid Rain", to December 6. No reason was given for the delay.
Described as "a mix of ENTOMBED, CELTIC FROST, CARCASS and the early material of SAMAEL," the Swiss extreme metal act's new CD was recorded in Switzerland and mixed by Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden. A full-length MP3 of the track "Blind Man" is available for download at this location.
SLUDGE, who feature in their ranks SAMAEL guitarist Makro, were previously signed to Headstrong Records.
