SOIL Bassist To Guest On This Weekend's 'Maximum Threshold'
July 3, 2008Bassist Tim King of Chicago heavy rockers SOIL will be a guest on this weekend's (Saturday, July 5) edition of "Maximum Threshold" at 8:00 p.m. EST. Also scheduled to appear is Rik Emmett of the reactivated Canadian rockers TRIUMPH.

SOIL recently inked a deal with Driven Music Group — the Phoenix, Arizona-based music label and entertainment company created by Brian "Head" Welch, a founding member, songwriter and guitarist from the multi-platinum rock band KORN — for the release of its next studio album, tentatively due in early 2009.
SOIL's latest CD, "True Self", was released in May 2006 via DRT Entertainment. The follow-up to 2004's "Redefine" was recorded and mixed at Bomb Shelter studios in Los Angeles, California with producer Ulrich Wild (STATIC-X, TAPROOT).
