June 13, 2006Chicago's SOIL will be the featured performers on the "Mancow's Morning Madhouse" nationally syndicated morning radio show on Wednesday, June 14.
The "Mancow" show broadcasts live weekday mornings from 5:30 - 10:00 a.m. (CST) to 21 markets across the country, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Knoxville and Salt Lake City.
SOIL's latest album, "True Self", was released in early May via DRT Entertainment. The follow-up to 2004's "Redefine" was recorded and mixed at Bomb Shelter studios in Los Angeles, California with producer Ulrich Wild (STATIC-X, TAPROOT). The CD is the group's first to feature singer A.J. Cavalier, who previously fronted the California-based DIESEL MACHINE (also featuring ex-DAMAGEPLAN frontman Patrick Lachman on guitar). The band's original vocalist, Ryan McCombs, has since joined the Texas act DROWNING POOL.
