SOILENT GREEN: New York City Performance Footage Available

May 6, 2008

MetalKult.com has posted three new live videos of SOILENT GREEN's recent performance in New York City.

The footage was captured on April 28, 2008, when the Louisiana death grinders opened for HATE ETERNAL at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill.

In the videos, see the four-piece vocalist Ben Falgoust, guitarist Brian Patton, drummer Tommy Buckley and bassist Scott Crochet tear through "Slapfuck" from 1995's "Pussysoul", as well as "Mental Acupuncture", "Blessed In the Arms of Servitude" and "In the Same Breath" from the band's latest album, "Inevitable Collapse In the Presence of Conviction" (Metal Blade).

Todd Cardini of HeavyMetalSource.com conducted an interview Brian Patton and Ben Falgoust of SOILENT GREEN at this year's New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, which took place last month. The eight-minute chat covers the band's current tour with HATE ETERNAL, SKELETONWITCH and TOXIC HOLOCAUST; the group's new album, "Inevitable Collapse in the Presence of Conviction"; playing at the New England Metal festival; and upcoming tours.
