SOLISIA: Video Footage From The Studio Posted Online

January 15, 2010

Video footage of the drum-recording sessions for the song "Vortex Of Indifference" from Italian female-fronted progressive symphonic metal band SOLISIA can be viewed below. The track comes off the group's forthcoming debut album, "Ordinary Fate", which will be released later this year via Underground Symphony Records. The CD was recorded, mixed and mastered by Simone Mularoni at Fear Studio in Ravenna, Italy. The artwork and layout was handled by Alexandra V Bach (KAMELOT, ADAGIO, AKEMYST, OPERATIKA).

SOLISIA features in its ranks singer Marilena Stigliano and bass player Andrea Arcangeli, who has previously played with DGM and CONCEPT. According to a press release, the band "boasts a personal and intriguing mixture of symphonic power metal with frequent progressive suggestions and delicate gothic atmospheres, strong technical thickness and a fresh vibe in composition rarely found in contemporary metal scene."

SOLISIA is:

Marilena Stigliano: Vocals
Gianluca Quinto: Guitars
Andrea Arcangeli: Bass
Wilson Di Geso: Keyboards
Marcantonio Quinto: Drums
