Long-running Arlington, Texas-based doom metallers SOLITUDE AETURNUS have been confirmed as the headliners of the Robb's Metal Works annual showcase on Saturday, July 16 at Sam's Burger Joint in San Antonio, Texas. More information will be made available soon.

A long-standing San Antonio Time Warner cable show, "Robb's Metal Works" is now streaming their latest two-hour episode at RobbsMetalWorks.com. The episode, which aired during the month of January highlights some unique interview work and live videos from DAMAGEPLAN, EXODUS, French metallers LYZANXIA, CRISIS and local south Texas act URIEL. Also featured are videos from SKINLESS, the James Rivera-led DISTANT THUNDER, MEGADETH and others.

As previously reported, SOLITUDE AETURNUS frontman Robert Lowe recently underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder and has since returned to the studio to complete work on the group's first studio album since 1998's "Adagio", entitled "Alone". Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Waiting for the Light", "Essence of Black", "Sightless" and "In Hell I Burn". A late spring/early summer release through Massacre Records in Europe and Olympic/Century Media Records in the U.S. is expected.
