SONIC SYNDICATE Launches MySpace Listening Party

May 16, 2007

Sweden's newest melodic metal force SONIC SYNDICATE has launched an exclusive week-long pre-listening party of the band's Nuclear Blast debut, "Only Inhuman". The album may be streamed in its entirety from the group's MySpace page. All those that listen to the album and pick their favorite song can enter their name in a raffle for a chance to win Nuclear Blast and SONIC SYNDICATE swag! The link to the raffle may be found under the blog section of the band's MySpace page. See why Anders Fridén of IN FLAMES calls SONIC SYNDICATE's "Only Inhuman" "a new force in Swedish metal; melodies and songs for the melodic generation. A monster of an album!"

SONIC SYNDICATE recently completed work on a video clip for the first single off "Only Inhuman", "Denied", which can be viewed here.

"Only Human" is slated for a release on May 22 in North America and May 18 in Europe on Nuclear Blast Records.

SONIC SYNDICATE landed a deal with Nuclear Blast Records in July 2006 after taking part in a "band contest" which was originally launched in the summer of 2005. A jury consisting of the Nuclear Blast staff and representatives for such magazines as Metal Hammer (Germany, Metal Hammer (Spain),Metal Hammer (Italy),Rock Hard (France),Inferno (Finland),Scream (Norway) and Close-Up (Sweden) went through more than 1,500 submissions and selected three winners who competed for the following prizes: A deal with Nuclear Blast, a download co-operation and a gig with a Nuclear Blast band.

SONIC SYNDICATE's debut album, "Eden Fire", was recorded at StudioMega (THE CROWN, LAKE OF TEARS, BESEECH),and was released on September 13, 2005 through the Florida-based record label Pivotal Rockordings.
