SONIC SYNDICATE Replaces ARCH ENEMY At Sweden's ROCKWEEKEND Festival

July 18, 2008

Swedish metallers SONIC SYNDICATE have replaced ARCH ENEMY at the Rockweekend festival, which is being held July 18-19 at Kilafors Herrgard in Kilafors, Sweden.

ARCH ENEMY was forced to cancel its appearance at the event after drummer Daniel Erlandsson came down with a respiratory virus infection in Slovenia earlier in the month.

SONIC SYNDICATE recently filmed videos for the songs "Jack of Diamonds" and "My Escape" with director Patric Ullaeus (DIMMU BORGIR, LACUNA COIL) of Revolver Film Company. Ullaeus previously worked with the band on the two clips that accompanied SONIC SYNDICATE's 2007 release "Only Inhuman".

SONIC SYNDICATE has set "Love and Other Disasters" as the title of its third album, due on September 19 via Nuclear Blast Records. In addition to the regular CD, a digipack version of the album will made available featuring two bonus tracks and a DVD.
