SONIC SYNDICATE: Video Update From The Studio

June 20, 2013

Swedish/British modern metallers SONIC SYNDICATE recently commenced the songwriting process for the long-awaited follow-up to 2010's "We Rule The Night" for a tentative early 2014 release.

A week ago, guitarist Robin Sjunnesson got back from Helsinki, Finland where he met up with singer Nathan James Biggs to record and write vocals. A two-minute video update from those sessions can be seen below.

SONIC SYNDICATE bassist Karin Axelsson gave birth to her first child on October 12, 2012. The baby girl weighed in at 3.02 kilograms and measured 46 centimeters long.

Axelsson is engaged to André Gonzales, guitarist of the Swedish band BY NIGHT.

SONIC SYNDICATE 2013 is:

Nathan James Biggs - Vocals
Robin Sjunnesson - Guitar
Karin Axelsson - Bass
John Bengtsson - Drums

After an almost year-long hiatus, SONIC SYNDICATE co-headlined the Vekeri Fesztival at the end of June 2012 in Hungary.

"We Rule The Night" was released in Europe on August 27, 2010 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Bohus Sound studios in Kungälv, Sweden with producer Toby Wright, who has previously worked with KORN, SLAYER, MÖTLEY CRÜE, KISS, FEAR FACTORY, IN FLAMES, STONE SOUR and OZZY OSBOURNE, among others.
