SOULGRIND To Enter Studio In October

Finland's SOULGRIND, who feature in their ranks former LULLACRY frontwoman Tanja "Whisper Lilith" Kemppainen (a.k.a. Tanya),will enter the studio in October/November to begin recording their new album for a spring 2004 release through France's Holy Records. SOULGRIND's next gig will take place during the Tuska Open Air Festival 2003 at Tavastia club in Helsinki on July 12. In other news, SOULGRIND mastermind Lord Heikkinen has joined Finnish thrash/black/death metal outfit TWILIGHT OPHERA as the group's bassist. The band, who also feature in their ranks current SOULGRIND second guitarist Toni Näykki, will release their third album, "The End Of Halcyon Age", in late May/early June.
