SOUNDGARDEN Ice Cream Coming Soon

October 16, 2016

Seattle's Full Tilt Ice Cream has created a new SOUNDGRADEN-inspired ice cream flavor called Black Hole Rum. Look for it to become available starting on October 30 at all Full Tilt locations.

Justin Cline and Ann Magyar, co-owners of the hangout known for creative local flavors and pinball games, are said to be longtime fans of the Seattle rock scene who previously created the Mudhoney ice cream flavor in 2013.

Full Tilt was established in 2008 by a pair of entrepreneurs who wanted to create a family-friendly place where they could enjoy an ice cream and take in some local art on the same trip. The business has since expanded to multiple locations around Seattle, although the original location in White Center remains a home for delicious treats and great times.

SOUNDGARDEN reunited in 2010 after a 13-year layoff, touring and then eventually writing new material that became the basis for 2012's "King Animal", its first new studio album in 16 years.

In addition to "King Animal", SOUNDGARDEN has issued a live CD, a greatest hits compilation and a two-disc collection of B-sides, outtakes and rarities.
