SOUR SYSTEM Begins Recording Debut Album

July 27, 2010

SOUR SYSTEM, the new project led by former CARNAL FORGE guitarist Jari Kuusisto, has entered the studio to begin recording its debut album for an early 2011 release via an as-yet-undetermined record label.

Commented Jari: "Finally! We have found the time to bring this band to another level.

"Me and the guys are really thrilled on how the songs turned out. I guess that you could say that you can find a little bit of everything on this album.

"I really hope that you will enjoy this as much as I do, and hope to see you all on the road sometime next year."

SOUR SYSTEM made its live debut at Sala Stadshotell on September 6, 2008 as the support act for CARNAL FORGE.

SOUR SYSTEM is:

Jari Kuusisto (CARNAL FORGE, INCENSED, IN THY DREAMS, LEECH) - Guitar
Fredrik Ahlin (SLIP INTO SILK, RADIOPLAN, VILDA HJÄRTAN) - Drums
Daniel Samuelsson (SLIP INTO SILK, TWIINBALL) - Vocals
Rikard Holmgren - Guitar
Fredrik Dahlberg (SLIP INTO SILK, RADIOPLAN) - Bass

In other news, Jari has joined forces with his brother, CARNAL FORGE guitarist Petri Kuusisto, in a brand new, as -yet-unnamed "ultra-brutal" metal project, the details of which will be announced later this year.
