SPIRALARMS Prepares For Belgium's GRASPOP METAL MEETING

June 19, 2007

SPIRALARMS guitarist Craig Locicero (ex-FORBIDDEN, MANMADEGOD) has issued the following update:

"So, It's off to Belgium now...

"It's been more then a minute since our last update from the SPIRAL. We've been plotting our course for a very cool little gig in Belgium called Graspop [Metal Meeting]. On Saturday, June 23rd at 12:45 p.m. Euro-time we'll be pouring our guts all over the people who've partied all night after the first day of massive rock with AEROSMITH, CHRIS CORNELL, TYPE O NEGATIVE, etc. etc. Then we play the same day as IRON MAIDEN, HEAVEN AND HELL, LAMB OF GOD, KORN, STONE SOUR, LIFE OF AGONY, bla, bla, bla! Damn, that a lot of names to drop. Ugh. I won't even get into Sunday (SLAYER, OZZY) because your heads may implode.

"Yes, it's been festival season in Europe for the past few weeks and we finally get our chance to show some of the wonderful human beings on the other side of the pond what SPIRALARMS capable of. We've been offered a great honor to be put on the same bill so many of our gods and peers. We also must say a HUGE cheers to Mario Morteir! He brought SPIRALARMS to the attention of those ears that liked what they heard and think we belong. Thanks to all of those who are making it happen, we will not disappoint. We'll just do what we always do, rock the fuck out!!!

"So I'll end this quickly for those of you who are already annoyed by my excited rambling (hey, you read it, jackasses). Obviously this is a pivotal 40-minute moment for SPIRALARMS, being that it's our first time as a band in Europe. We intend on taking full advantage of it. It's always about the music first, so there will be much documentation!

"Last thing. There is an awful lot of good friends that may be surprised to see us knocking on the bus window wanting to share their hospitality tray and whatever else they brought over the border! Don't be alarmed. Just give us the stuff and we'll get you back next year! It's all part of the journey."

SPIRALARMS features in its ranks Craig Locicero (ex-FORBIDDEN) on guitar, Tim Narducci (ex-SYSTEMATIC) on guitar/vocals, Chris Kontos (ex-MACHINE HEAD, TESTAMENT) on drums, Chris Lombardo on bass and Brad Barth on keyboards. The band recently uploaded several new songs to its MySpace page.
