SPREAD EAGLE Singer Working On Solo Project; Audio Available

March 29, 2007

SPREAD EAGLE vocalist Ray West is in the studio working on material for his soon-to-be-released solo project. Rough mixes of the tracks "No State of Grace", "Novacaine" and "Stolen" can be heard at his MySpace page.

As previously reported, Ray West will embark on another solo tour in May. Vocalist Andrew Freeman (GEORGE LYNCH) will join Ray on guitar in his West Coast lineup along with SEX SLAVES drummer J Bomb and FIREBALL MINISTRY bassist Johny Chow. East Coast dates will be the same as the last run with Steve Ladd (SMOKE STAR) on strings. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.

SPREAD EAGLE last fall completed the "Back On The Bitch Tour 2006" with a lineup that included founding members, Rob De Luca (bass) and Ray West (vocals). Joining them was John Macaluso on drums (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, TNT),who played on the group's "Open to the Public" album. On guitar was Chris Caffery, who is best known for his work with SAVATAGE and TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA.

Lovember Records, in association with Universal Music, reissued SPREAD EAGLE's debut album last summer. Considered to be a "classic," this record was newly remastered and contains all 11 songs, including the hits "Switchblade Serenade", "Scratch Like A Cat", "Broken City" and "Thru These Eyes". The album is only available for purchase at www.lovemberrecords.com.
