SPV Launches YouTube Channel

SPV, Germany's long-running label home to such bands as MOTÖRHEAD, HEAVEN AND HELL, WHITESNAKE, MONSTER MAGNET, SAXON, HELLOWEEN, KAMELOT, SYMPHONY X, TYPE O NEGATIVE and GAMMA RAY, has launched its YouTube channel at this location.

Hannover, Germany-based SPV GmbH is an independently owned and operated company, founded by Manfred Schütz in 1984. Since its beginnings, SPV has been a completely self-sufficient company — only missing a sound studio and pressing facility. The company has 11 in-house record and DVD labels, its own legal department, web and graphic design department, competent A&R department, including product management, a successful promotion department, a top-of-the-line new media department, an advertising agency and a strong distribution arm. SPV is Germany's biggest independent company (ranked No. 3 in Europe),with 60% of its income stemming from third-party distribution of various independent labels.
