STAIND Complete Work On New Album
March 7, 2005STAIND guitarist Mike Mushok has posed the following message on the group's official web site:
"I know it's been sometime but we've been busy finishing up the record and guess what? It's done! We're all really psyched on it also, it's by far the best thing we've ever done. I think that anyone whose ever been a fan will really enjoy these tunes. I find myself listening to it all the time and am really proud of all the songs. I know we all can't wait for everyone to be able to hear it.
"We don't have a positive release date yet, we just finished mixing it last week and go to master it next week. We have a photo shoot coming up this week and are in the discussions regarding the artwork. I know I'm really looking foreword to getting back out on the road and playing these songs live — I can't wait! It's really a record where I don't think we'd have any problem playing all the songs on it."
STAIND's last album, "14 Shades of Grey", came out in 2003 via Flip/Elektra.
