STAMPIN' GROUND Film Video For 'Bear The Scars'

January 6, 2004

Britain's STAMPIN' GROUND have finished filming a video for the track "Bear the Scars" at an undisclosed location just outside of London. The song comes off the group's fourth album, "A New Darkness Upon Us", which is set to receive a U.S. release this month through Century Media Records. The follow up to 2000's "Carved From Empty Words" was recorded at Backstage Studios in Derbyshire, England, in July with producer Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, TESTAMENT, STUCK MOJO, SKINLAB, ARCH ENEMY) and has been available in Europe since October.

As previously reported, STAMPIN' GROUND have been confirmed as the support act for the forthcoming ARCH ENEMY European headlining tour, which is scheduled to kick off in mid-February. Before that, the group will be teaming up with CHIMAIRA and EVERYTIME I DIE for a two-week U.K. trek. Headlining dates in Greece, Bulgaria, Austria and Hungary will take place from January 15 onwards.
