STARRATS Sign With PERRIS RECORDS

Danish rockers STARRATS — whose singer, Søren Nico Adamsen, is also a member of Sweden's CRYSTAL EYES — have signed a deal with Perris Records for the release of their second album, entitled "Rebelution". The follow-up to 2004's "Broken Halo" was mixed at Tune Town Studios and is due on May 30.

CRYSTAL EYES — featuring Søren Nico Adamsen on lead vocals — entered their own Crystal Sounds studio last month with producer Fredrik Nordström to begin recording their new album, "Dead City Dreaming", for a late 2006 release. The recordings will be finished by the summer, and the plan is for Nordström to start mixing the album at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg the first week of September.
