Former RATT frontman Stephen Pearcy, ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Gilby Clarke and ADLER'S APPETITE (featuring former GUNS N' ROSES drummer Steven Adler) are are among the newly confirmed acts for "Rock the Boat", a two-day floating rock festival travelling between Oslo, Norway and Fredrikshavn, Denmark. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:
