STEVE VAI Lists Hollywood Hills House And Studio

According to the Los Angeles Times, legendary guitarist Steve Vai has listed his home and recording studio in the Hollywood Hills at $1.795 million.

Vai purchased the 1,400-square-foot studio, called the Mothership Studio, and 3,981-square-foot home in 1987 for $330,000. It includes a live room, a booth, a microphone room, a control room, its own kitchen and a lounge area. The house features a den, family and living rooms, three bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms.
