STONE SOUR's COREY TAYLOR Talks Touring, VELVET REVOLVER Rumors (Audio)

Matt Cruz of the Arkansas radio station 100.3 The Edge (web site) recently conducted an interview with STONE SOUR/SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor. The chat is now available for streaming using the audio player below.

STONE SOUR bassist Shawn Economaki was forced to leave the band's current tour to deal with undisclosed "personal issues." For the time being, STONE SOUR is continuing to play shows with a replacement bassist.

STONE SOUR is taking part in the "Avalanche Tour" with SKILLET, THEORY OF A DEADMAN, HALESTORM and ART OF DYING.

The band's third album, "Audio Secrecy", has sold 163,000 copies in the United States since its September 2010 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

STONE SOUR's latest video, "Hesitate", was filmed on September 20, 2010 in Los Angeles with director Paul Brown (JACK WHITE/ALICIA KEYS, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, JOHN MAYER) and directing collective Beta Movement/Skulley FX.
