STONER KINGS Record Song For Sports Nutrition Company

August 9, 2006

Finland's STONER KINGS recently recorded a new song, entitled "Mass Blast", for a sports nutrition company in Finland called FuncFood and the product in question is coincidentally also called Mass Blast (knock on wood)! It's definitely not your typical stoner rock anthem as it carries a big-time '80s hard rock feel to it and the customer specifically asked for this flavor. Check it out at this location.

"I actually wrote this song back around 2000/2001 and it had different lyrics and a different title back then but we reworked it with producer Petteri Hirvanen and the result speaks for itself," says STONER KINGS frontman Starbuck, who just returned to Finland from a wrestling venture out in his homeland of Canada after a 10-year hiatus from North American soil. "Turn it up and trip out!"
