STORMLORD: Canadian Tour Dates Announced

Italian "extreme epic metal" act STORMLORD will be embarking on "The Gorgon Cult Canadian Tour" beginning mid-June. Confirmed dates so far are as follows:

Jun. 14 - Quebec City, QUE - @ Cabaret du Capitole
Jun. 16 - Montreal, QUE - @ Foufounes Electriques
Jun. 17 - Toronto, ONT - @ Reilly's

STORMLORD are currently writing the material for their fourth album, tentatively due in late 2006 via Scarlet Records. The follow-up to 2004's "The Gorgon Cult" will feature a "much more epic direction" than that on its predecessor, "but with the same high skill quality level," according to the press release.

"The Gorgon Cult" was recorded and mixed over a two-month period at The Outer Sound Studios in Rome with engineer Giuseppe Orlando (NOVEMBRE, NECRODEATH, DGM, THY MAJESTIE) and was mastered at The Mastering Room in Sweden (IN FLAMES, DIMMU BORGIR, OPETH, SOILWORK).
