STORMLORD Name New Album

Italian "extreme epic metal" act STORMLORD have set "The Gorgon Cult" as the title for their new album, tentatively due in early 2004 through Scarlet Records. The CD will be recorded between November 3 and December 18 at the Outer Sounds studios in Rome, Italy with producer Giuseppe Orlando (NOVEMBRE) and will be mastered at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki, Finland.

"The Gorgon Cult" will contain nine new songs, including a cover of IRON MAIDEN's "Moonchild". Cover art will be handled by J.P. Fournier, the talented artist behind the covers of such acts as IMPALED NAZARENE, IMMORTAL, DIABOLICAL MASQUERADE, YEARNING, MYSTIC CIRCLE, EDGUY, AVANTASIA, AXIS OF ADVANCE and IMPIETY.
