STORMWARRIOR Signs To DOCKYARD 1

November 7, 2007

Dockyard 1 has announced the signing of Germany's STORMWARRIOR to a multi-album deal. The band is currently recording its third studio album, "Heading Northe", at the group's own Thunderhall Studios and will mix the effort with Piet Sielck (SAVAGE CIRCUS, IRON SAVIOR) before mastering the CD at Tommy Hansen's (HELLOWEEN, HAMMERFALL, PRETTY MAIDS) Jailhouse Studios in Denmark. An early 2008 release is expected.

STORMWARRIOR is known for its unique combination of "true metal" anthems with lyrics that are rooted in Nordic mythology.

After the release of its "Northern Rage" CD, STORMWARRIOR was invited to play all the biggest festivals like Wacken Open Air, Bloodstock, MANOWAR's Magic Circle and Earthshaker. The band also collaborated with Kai Hansen (GAMMA RAY, HELLOWEEN) by performing HELLOWEEN classics during select live appearances.

STORMWARRIOR is:

Vocals, Guitar: Lars Ramcke
Guitar: Alex Guth
Bass: Yenz Leonhardt
Drums: Falko Reshöft
