SUBSIGNAL Signs WITH GOLDENCORE RECORDS/ZYX MUSIC

SUBSIGNAL, the new German band featuring former SIEGES EVEN members Arno Menses (vocals) and Markus Steffen (guitar),has inked a worldwide deal with GoldenCore Records/ZYX Music. The group's debut album, entitled "Beautiful & Monstrous", is tentatively due in late September. The CD will be recorded during May with co-producer Kristian Kohlmannslehner, who worked on SIEGES EVEN's 2007 release, "Paramount". The first edition of the album, which will have an approximate running time of 60 minutes, will come with a stylish digipack cover and one bonus track.

SUBSIGNAL describes its music as "progressive, melancholic, cutting edge, emotional, blended with a good portion of melodic heaviness."

The band will perform at the Night of the Prog festival on July 11 in Loreley, Germany. A full tour is planned for autumn/winter 2009/10.
