SUICIDAL TENDENCIES Explain European Tour Cancellation

April 11, 2005

SUICIDAL TENDENCIES have issued a statement explaining their decision to cancel their previously announced European tour. The statement reads as follows:

"Unfortunately the band has had to cancel the Euro summer tour. Mike's [Muir, vocals] back is still not fully recovered and it's a little unrealistic to hope that it will be all good for the tour. After a recent setback, the band decided it would be better to wait a little longer before trying to do any shows, and then make future plans.

"We realize alot of people plan ahead for the festivals, and in fairness to you, the promoters and all involved, it was better to make the decision now than wait to the last moment, or attempt to start the tour and have to cancel dates if there where any more problems. Because of this, we'll also be holding back the release of the new CD.

"Thanks for your understanding."
