Sweden's HELLSONGS Performs 'Loungey' Covers Of IRON MAIDEN, MEGADETH Songs; Video Available

Swedish female-fronted band HELLSONGS — which specializes in performing "loungey, soft covers of metal songs" — recently played an intimate private showcase gig at the headquarters of the German edition of Metal Hammer magazine. Video footage of acoustic versions of the following metal classics can be checked out online at this location:

* "Run To The Hills" (IRON MAIDEN)

HELLSONGS' full-length debut, " Hymns in the Key of 666", was released in February 2008 via Despotz Records. The album entered the Swedish chart at No. 9 and has since been released in the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, the BeNeLux, Greece, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. The album is also available on vinyl, released by Bodog.
