SWORN ENEMY Guitarist Announces 'Mamaluke TV'

May 6, 2008

Queens, New York-based hardcore/metal act SWORN ENEMY has toured the world relentlessly throughout 2008 and continues adding onto its schedule as the band prepares to embark on a North American run alongside DYING FETUS, ORIGIN and THY WILL BE DONE. This trek, which kicks off on May 9, marks the group's third trek of North America in support of its latest CD, "Maniacal", and SWORN ENEMY shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Commented guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci: "We very excited to be on tour with DYING FETUS and we feel that it's going to be a rager. We have not toured with FETUS yet and it's definitely a different crowd for us. We've done tours with SIX FEET UNDER and SKINLESS before and we've always had a blast playing in front of the death metal crowd. We are going to be playing the more our metal sounding songs and hopefully the crowd enjoys them. I also wanted to announce my new YouTube show called Mamaluke TV. It features interviews with band members and behind the scene footage of what really goes on in the touring world. It's probably the funniest shit I've done in my life and if you know me you should be excited. We will hopefully have something up online and our MySpace page in the next few weeks. You ain't gonna believe this shit. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

A video for "A Place of Solace", the first single from "Maniacal", was recently shot by acclaimed director David Brodsky (GWAR, THE RED CHORD). Watch it below.
