SYMPHONY X: German Headlining Shows Announced

According to Target Concerts, progressive metallers SYMPHONY X have scheduled the following German headlining dates in February 2008:

Feb. 13 – Hamburg, GER - Markthalle
Feb. 14 - Köln, GER - Live Music Hall
Feb. 17 - Stuttgart, GER - Röhre
Feb. 19 - Berlin, GER - ColumbiaClub
Feb. 20 - Frankfurt, GER - Batschkapp
Feb. 21 - Nürnberg, GER - Hirsch
Feb. 23 - München, GER - Backstage Werk

SYMPHONY X will embark on a North American headlining tour in April 2008. Support on the shows will come from EPICA and INTO ETERNITY.

Tickets are available exclusively through EnterTheVault.com until November 24 at which point tickets will go on sale through all normal ticketing outlets.

A 10-minute audio interview with SYMPHONY X guitarist Michael Romeo conducted by Norway's Metal Express Radio (web site) has been posted online at this location.

SYMPHONY X's video for the song "Serpent's Kiss" has been posted on MySpace. The track comes off the New Jersey progressive metallers' new CD, which sold around 6,500 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

"Paradise Lost" was released on June 26 via Inside Out Music. The CD was mixed by Jens Bogren (OPETH, SOILWORK, AMON AMARTH) at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden.
