SYMPHONY X To Release New Album In June

Progressive metallers SYMPHONY X are continuing work on the follow-up to 2002's "The Odyssey", entitled "Paradise Lost", tentatively due late June. The CD is currently being mixed by Jens Bogren (OPETH, SOILWORK, AMON AMARTH) at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden. According to a posting on the group's web site, the mastering should happen within the next week or two.

SYMPHONY X was forced to cancel a couple of European festival appearances last summer after Michael LePond was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease (an inflammatory bowel disorder). He has since undergone surgery and has fully recovered.
