TÝR Interviewed At UK's BLOODSTOCK Festival; Video Available

Faroe Islands pagan metal band TÝR was interviewed by "Angel Of Metal" at the Bloodstock Open Air 2008 festival, which was held August 15-17 at Catton Hall in Derbyshire, England. Watch the six-minute chat below.

TÝR's new album, "Land", was released on May 30 (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy),June 2 (rest of Europe) and in North America on June 10 via Napalm Records. According to the band, the follow-up to 2006's "Ragnarok" "contains mostly Faeroese, but also Icelandic and Norwegian traditionals, re-arranged into heavy metal. The second most prevalent language is English." The CD was recorded at Jacob Hansen's (RAUNCHY, ROB ROCK, HATESPHERE, MERCENARY) studio in Ribe, Denmark.
