TAD MOROSE To Announce New Singer In March

February 24, 2006

Sweden's TAD MOROSE are continuing to search for a vocalist following the departure of Urban Breed (now in BLOODBOUND) in December 2005. "We have been listening to 'audition CDs,' trying out some at our rehearsal place, etc. etc." guitarist Christer "Krunt" Andersson writes on the band's web site. "So far we have heard some very good singers! I guess we will be able to announce who it will be sometime in March. We got two festivals booked, Gothenburg Metal Festival in Sweden and Karmoygeddon Festival in Norway. The work on the new album continues and we are all very excited about getting a new singer in the band."

Urban Breed joined TAD MOROSE in 1995 following the departure of previous singer Kristian "Krille" Andrén. Breed appeared on the group's last four studio albums: 1997's "A Mended Rhyme", 2000's "Undead", 2002's "Matters of the Dark" and 2003's "Modus Vivendi".

Urban Breed recently released the debut album from BLOODBOUND, his new project with Fredrik Bergh (STREET TALK; bass, keyboards and backing vocals) and Tomas Olsson (lead and rhythm guitars). Entitled "Nosferatu", the CD is presently only available in Japan via Marquee Inc./Avalon. The European release is expected on February 24 via Metal Heaven.
