TED NUGENT: New Audio Interview, Performance Footage Available

August 18, 2010

On Friday, August 13, Kevin Conklin of the 93.7 KCLB Rocks! radio station in Palm Springs, California conducted an interview with legendary rocker Ted Nugent. The chat can now be streamed in two parts below. Also available is quality fan-filmed video footage of Nugent's August 15, 2010 concert at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, California.

Nugent pleaded no contest last week to baiting a deer on his hunting show "Spirit Of The Wild" and not having a properly signed hunting tag. A Yuba County Superior Court judge ordered Nugent to pay a $1,750 fine.

Baiting deer is legal in some states but not in California, said state Fish and Game spokesman Patrick Foy. Baiting supplies are sold at some outdoor stores, he said.

In a posting on his web site, Nugent said that he takes full responsibility for the hunting incident televised on a February episode of his Outdoor Channel hunting show.
