TED NUGENT Sparks Beef With GREEN DAY

Taking a page out of the "Book of Axl," gun-toting right-wing rocker Ted Nugent is lashing out against GREEN DAY, according to RollingStone.com. After the outspokenly liberal band turned down his proposal of a creative collaboration, Nugent reportedly said, "Their social ignorance, their historical vacuity and their knee-jerk condemnation of American things and the Bush administration is nothing short of embarrassing." Nugent does, however, confess he owns all their albums.
