TED NUGENT To Perform At 10th Annual GOLDEN MOOSE AWARDS

Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc., America's leader in outdoor TV, today unveiled the list of nominees for its 10th annual Golden Moose Awards, the most popular and longstanding outdoor television awards event in the country. In a ceremony to be held on January 21, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas during this year's SHOT Show, Outdoor Channel will honor the production teams and hosts of its most popular programming of 2009.

Hosted by Michael Waddell of Outdoor Channel's "Bone Collector" and "Realtree Road Trips", and featuring an exclusive performance from Outdoor Channel's "Spirit of the Wild" host and guitar legend Ted Nugent, the 10th anniversary of the Golden Moose Awards will honor fan favorites, new superstars and deserving shows in front of thousands.

"The Golden Moose Awards is our opportunity to honor our celebrity talent and top-notch production teams who've helped make Outdoor Channel the clear category leader," said Tom Hornish, COO at Outdoor Channel. "They share in our commitment to delivering the highest-quality outdoor programming available, and this is our chance to celebrate them. Several "Fan Favorite" awards will also be honored at the event. These awards were determined by over 15,000 viewers voting online over a four week period.
